What to report
Incorrect addresses, values, statuses, organization names, duplicate project links, missing official evidence, or an interpretation that is not supported by the cited records.
How to submit
Open the relevant project page and use its “Report an error” form. Include an official evidence URL when possible. This ensures the report stays attached to the correct canonical project.
What happens next
The report enters an append-only internal review queue with an open resolution status. A future editorial override must retain the prior value, new value, reason, user, and timestamp.
